Sports makes our body fit and healthy. Our School gives every student opportunities to recognise their sporting skills.
It has varios sports like BASKETBALL, VOLLEYBALL, GOLF, BADMINTON, GYMNASTIC, TABLE TENNIS etc.It also promotes sports like KARATE, KICK BOXING, TAIKWANDO, FENCING, ARCHERY, KHO-KHO and
TUG OF WAR.
Our school gives us two periods for Sorts and Health and Phisical Education in a week.
Sports Teachers are there to tell about rules of every game.
Equipments for all sports are available.
School also organises sports day for every class every year. Winners are also awarded to enhance there energy levels.
Yoga classes are organised for mental fitnesss.
For kids, there are Swing and Toys with which they can play. They are taught moral values via videos playways rooms are specialy made for them. Kids are
been taught about there academics with the help of games so that they can understand it quickly and remember it for longer period of time. It also brings
a sense of competetiveness in them at the very small age. They are also taught or made to play games that increases their mental ability.
Also Our School Organises a Sports Day every year for the Students of all Class (I-XII) which encourages as well as motivates students.
We have 4 Games Teacher Alloted For Sports, They train us and guide us how to play the games.
Some of the people play it for their interest to get fit and healthy whereas some people play it to make their career in this field. Being involved in sports and games, whether to make career or only for an hour a day, improve confidence, boost personality and provide a good deal of excitement and entertainment in the life. It fills with zeal and lot of excitement to both, players and spectators due to the suspense and unexpected turns available in sports and games.
